Have you ever seen the moon do a full rotation?

This simple video shows the moon going through a full rotation.  This is the first time I've seen this happen.  The video was made by the Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter Camera.  When we see things for the first time it makes us think about what's possible. Have a great day!

Olympics 2020: Wrestling reinstated to Games

Wrestling is back in the Olympics.  After being eliminated this past February it was reinstated for the 2020 Tokyo Olympics.  It beat out Squash and a combined bid by Baseball/Softball.  This is tech related by the sport using social media sites to lobby to be reinstated.

RIS Middle School Language Arts: "The Story Of Cinder and Ella"

"The Story of Cinder and Ella",(Teacher: Miss Deneen) produced by Ping, Winner, and Dan
Summary: Brothers Eddie and Chris are fed up with their other brother Cinder not getting his work done. Things change when Cinder meets a new girl at school named Ella, and they work on a project together. Cinder nearly misses his midnight curfew because they were working so hard and accidentally leaves his bag with Ella as he makes a quick escape home. Ella looks for Cinder to give him back his bag, and a new friendship is born. Cinder uses his adoration for Ella to finally improve himself.

Yahoo has a new home page

Today,Yahoo launched a new revamped home page. It's the first time they have redesigned the page in four years. It looks cleaner and easier to read. It will be interesting to see if they get more page views because of this change. In January it's home page received 119 million visitors. Here's the link

While doing research, I found these interesting old photos of old Bangkok . The photos show Bangkok 100 years ago. Each photo contains a caption that explains the content of the photo.
